Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and participation in any live masterclass or workshop (“Event”) delivered by Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for this Event, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Format & Delivery

All Events are conducted live via Zoom, typically over one or two days. The Event may include live teaching, energetic calibration, and optional hot seat coaching.

You are not required to attend live; however, certain live-only bonuses, announcements, or offers may be available exclusively during the live call(s) and will not be included in the replay.

2. Replay Access

1. A recording of the masterclass will be made available to all registered participants.

2. Replay access is valid for 90 days from the date of the live event.

3. Replays are hosted securely through Kajabi, and access is delivered through your private login.

4. You are responsible for accessing the replay within the availability window. Extensions will not be granted.

3. Hot Seat Coaching & Media Consent

During the Event, attendees may be invited to participate in live hot seat coaching. Participation is always optional.

By raising your hand and agreeing to be coached live, you give the Company permission to record, use, and repurpose the coaching interaction (excluding your face or identifying information) for future educational or promotional use.

If you do not wish to be recorded or included in marketing materials, do not raise your hand or volunteer for coaching.

4. Payment Terms

1. All masterclasses are priced as a one-time payment (pay-in-full).

2. Payment is required at the time of registration and is processed via Kajabi Payments or an equivalent provider.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this Event and the automatic access to replays, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance — including inability to attend live, change of schedule, or dissatisfaction with content.

You agree to this policy at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Event — including teachings, language, concepts, and coaching — remains the exclusive property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC.

You may not:

1. Share, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the Event

2. Allow others to access your Kajabi portal or Zoom link

3. Use the content to build or deliver competing materials or products

7. Disclaimer

This Event is offered for educational and spiritual reflection purposes only. It does not constitute therapy, financial advice, legal counsel, or guaranteed business strategy. Results vary depending on your own energy, choices, and actions.

8. Agreement

By registering for this Event, you agree to the above terms. This Agreement is binding and enforceable without physical signature.
