Your purchase includes:

2. Delivery Format

• All modules are pre-recorded and self-paced.

• There are no live coaching calls or group sessions included.

• The Program is primarily self-study; however, Team Rich + Happy may respond to comments inside Kajabi for clarity or support.

3. Access Terms

• Access is granted immediately after purchase through your private Kajabi login.

• You will retain access for 180 days only, with no extensions, pauses, or transfers allowed.

• Access to JeanineGPT is included for the same period and cannot be shared or resold.

4. Payment Terms

• The Program is offered at $555 USD, pay-in-full only.

• Payment must be completed in full at checkout.

• No payment plans are available for this Program.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the Program content

• Non-use or failure to complete the Program

• Change of personal circumstances

You receive full access to all modules, JeanineGPT, and bonus content immediately upon purchase. The exact inclusions are clearly stated on the checkout page prior to purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including modules, frameworks, JeanineGPT prompts, videos, and bonus materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Rich and Happiness Coaching LLC.

You may not:

• Share, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Program

• Resell or license Program content or JeanineGPT outputs

• Use Program materials to create derivative works or competing products

Violation of this policy may result in legal enforcement and immediate termination of access with no refund.

7. No Guarantees of Results

We make no guarantees regarding specific financial results, business growth, or income from participating in this Program. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies shared are illustrative only and not promises of what you will achieve.

Your results depend on your personal energy, decisions, consistency, and implementation.
